הבת שלי אילנית, בת 11 ביקשה סלט לארוחת צהריים.

היא ממש אהבה את הסלט אז אני חייבת לשמור מתכון.

• מלפפונים

• עגבניות שרי אדומות וצהובות

• גבינה צפתית חתוך לקוביות

• זיתי קלמנטה/ זיתים שחורים / זית ירוק מגולען חצויים ל4.

• מלח

• פלפל שחור גרוס

• חומץ יין אדום (מעט)

• שמן זית

לערבב את כל המרכיבים ולהגיש

Salad Ilanit loves

Ilanit, my 11 year old daughter asked me to make a salad for lunch.

She ended up loving this to I needed to write down this recipe.

• Cucumbers

• Red and yellow cherry tomatoes

• Tzfat cheese cubed

• Pitted Green olives/ Kalamata Olives /black olives, quartered

• Salt

• Coarse black pepper

• Red wine vinegar (a few drops)

• Olive oil

Mix all ingredients and serve
