Deli Roll רול פסטרמה

בעלי הכין רול לשבת עם פסטרמה הודו ובצק עלים. מורחים על הבצק חרדל , קטשופ רגיל וקטשופ חריף.

שמים את הפסטרמה הודו על הבצק עלים. מגלגלים ומהדקים. מורחים ביצה. מפזרים שומשום לקישוט.

אופים בתנור 180 מעלות 35 דקות. אני ממליצה לחתוך את הרול למנות לפני שמחממים על הפלטה לשבת. להיזהר לא לשרוף על הפלטה.


 


The Deli roll my perfectionist husband made with turkey pastrami, mustard, ketchup and spicy ketchup. The dough is bought batzek alim - puff pastry. 35 minutes 180 degrees in oven. With egg and sesame seeds on top. Served for Shabbat lunch.

I recomend slicing the roll before you warm it up on the hor plate.

be careful not to burn the deli roll on the hot plate. serve warm.


We made this deli roll years ago and got the recipe from Jamie Gellar recipe book we got as a present for our wedding. We haven’t made it in years. But when we ate deli roll again by my friend Mellissa Susman Friday night dinner about 2 years ago while we were living in French Hill Jerusalem, we started making the deli roll for shabbat again every once in a while. If your whole family likes it's a winner. But I do need to remove sesame seeds off before 2 of my boys eat it. And the funniest thing is now as I’m Typing Mellissa Susman happened to called me to arrange playdate for kids.
